Looks awesome!
Great colors and values. The juxtaposition of soft and hard edges in nicely done as well.
If some of that blue light leaked onto parts of the helmet and chest piece, it would really help the glowing effect.

Realy cool style.
Personally i'm not a huge fan of painting the photo exactly, but its still a great handle on realism.
Try getting in there and defining some of the shapes out with a harder bush.

Great colors, really.
Nice silhouette. Many artists, even professionals often forget what makes a character work.
Although it seems there are some uncertainties in here, like you weren't sure how to render it, it still works all together. Great job on getting "Frontpaged" you deserve it.
