With all the hubbub going on about NFTs and cryptoart, I was recently introduced to a new social media platform by an art buddy of mine, called PeakD. it's mostly a blog-style website to post art and get involved with crypto at the same time. The UI/UX reminds me that of Reddit, Instagram, and a bit of Newgrounds. I'm still learning the ropes, but I'm most excited by the concept that getting likes or upvotes means you're earning Hive Tokens, which is PeakD's main crypto. It's not worth much, but it's something. Anyway, I'll be working on growing a following on there, if you want to follow me on there, you can find my page here https://peakd.com/@yakovlevart

I had no idea what "cryptoart" actually was til I googled it. Fascinating... How long until "CryptoMusic/CryptoTunes" become a thing? Or are they already are?

Yep, already a thing. probably an even newer thing than art though, but releasing music through NFT has a lot of potential. I really think NG has a great foundation for it already, even if it uses it's own blockchain and tokenizing system. PeakD has a user ranking system based on activity like the Exp Points here, they allow for all content just like NG - idk, I'm sure Tom Fulp has thought a lot about this already.
